• Drop your return into our local courier partner drop-off point (your closest shops will be printed on the return label).
• Once received, your refund will be processed within 5 working days (you'll receive an e-mail notification once your refund has been issued).

• Once our team are aware of your request, follow the above instructions to get your bedding back to us.
