If for any reason you’re unhappy with your order due to warehouse defect and would like to return it, we’d be very happy to offer a full refund, exchange or credit note of the same value as your order, as long as it’s within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please note the products must be unwashed, unused and within their original packaging.

• We'll provide a free return label
• Drop your return into our local courier partner drop-off point (your closest shops will be printed on the return label).
• Once received, your refund will be processed within 5 working days (you'll receive an e-mail notification once your refund has been issued).

EXCHANGES (PH)


• Email hello@hilig.ph with a subject details of your exchange request.
• Once our team are aware of your request, follow the above instructions to get your bedding back to us. Your exchange will be processed once your return is received.
